Make it work.
Software engineering, application architecture, and hands-on AI experiments. I care about what happens after launch: does it save time, lower costs, or help the business earn more?
A PERSONAL NOTEBOOK BY
Engineer, Leader, Explorer.
* a few ideasI'm a technical lead and software engineer. I help companies grow by building technology that reduces costs and creates new ways to earn revenue.
That means looking at where work gets stuck, what could be automated, and what customers need. I work with software and AI to turn those questions into things a team can actually use.
I'm also pursuing a master's degree (S2) in Strategic Management at University of Indonesia (UI). It gives me another way to think about what we build, who needs it, and how a business works.

Find the problem worth solving.

Turn the idea into working solution.

Put it to work. Check what changes.

Take the feedback. Rethink the next step.
question. build. execute. learn. repeat.

Studying strategy makes me pause before building. What problem are we solving? What are we choosing not to do? How will people actually use this?

Two places for ideas to take shape.
Still experimenting. Still changing my mind.
It starts with “What does this actually mean?” I'm exploring ways to make everyday questions easier to untangle, from a confusing message at work to a conversation you keep rereading.
PRODUCT EXPLORATIONA place for my AI experiments. Somewhere to try ideas, see what works, and figure out which ones are worth taking further.
AI EXPLORATIONThe thread running through all of this...
Sometimes it becomes a project. Sometimes a long conversation.
Either way, I usually leave with a better question.
“A little more different
is better than
a little bit better.”
A reminder to try my own approach.
And to stay willing to change it.
not a full stop.
just a comma.
If you're thinking about a product, an AI experiment, or a business problem that technology could help solve, let's talk.
